Reserve your space for School of Legend. This will also serve as your first month’s payment, and - assuming payment is made by January 1st - this will be your monthly payment rate going forward.

SCHOOL OF LEGEND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. MEMBERSHIP TERM This agreement begins on the date of purchase and continues for twelve (12) months. Your membership will not automatically renew unless you choose to renew at the end of the term.

2. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS As a School of Legend member, you receive:

  • Story shaping and coaching from Jay for your stage presentation at a Legend Event.

  • Techniques on developing stories in the many ways you present, online and off.

  • Support and tools to develop your core collection of stories for multiple forms of delivery.

  • Story development and messaging support through member community, pods, story teachings and Legend events.

  • Updates and new content added during your membership period.

3. PAYMENT After deposit is paid, which will represent the first month’s payment, ensuing payments will be charged beginning March on the fifth of each month. If you've decided to pay in advance or arranged an approved payment plan your monthly date may vary.

4. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of fellow participants

  • Show up for community gatherings, shows and pod meetings to the greatest degree possible.

  • Not share, reproduce, or distribute course content or materials

  • Engage respectfully with other members and collaborators

  • Be willing to grow into your next version as a communicator and leader

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All course content, materials, and resources remain the property of School of Legend. You receive a limited license to access and use materials during your active membership for personal use only.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • Full refund available up until program commencement

  • After program commencement, no refunds are provided

  • For advance discount payments: You may cancel at any time after 90 days and will receive credit for unused time, either in coaching or future programs.

7. ACCESS TERMINATION Access to membership content ends at the conclusion of your 12-month term or if this agreement is violated. School of Legend reserves the right to terminate access for conduct violations.

8. CONTENT UPDATES Course content may be modified, updated, or removed at School of Legend's discretion. We are not obligated to maintain specific content throughout your membership.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY School of Legend provides educational content and community. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results. You participate at your own risk and responsibility.

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these membership terms.
