I work with groups large and small to build capacity to find, shape and share personal and organizational stories. Along the way, I help participants understand how stories work, help build their skills to tell their own, and develop collective knowledge and a deeper connection to the group.
These trainings help participants:
- Refine and tell stories that reveal each participant’s personal and organizational stories, including their origins, impacts, and visions.
- Develop key story techniques that will help them to build leadership and better communication skills.
- Practice using the Journey Curve to find and shape stories which are personally relevant, natural, and which land their key messages and insights.
